Description

2017 Hinds-Bock single piston depositor. Model SP-64B, SN 30182A. Single piston deposit, up to 64 ounces. SS hopper 16 in. diameter x 22 in. tall, 3 in. sanitary clamp attached to depositor, 1.5 in. sanitary clamp discharge. Manual knob adjustment for portion size. Pneumatic air regulator. SS skid mounted on casters.

Ideal for: hummus, guacamole, salsa, tzatziki, cake and muffin batter with or without inclusions, deli salads, soup, chili, stew, all types of sauces -smooth or chunky, nut butters and spreads, thick batters such as cheesecake and fudge brownie.
Standard features: air powered piston depositor, large deposit range up to 64 ounces, stainless steel construction with all food approved contact parts, easy to clean with lift-off metering piston for rapid sanitizing, heavy duty locking swivel casters.
