Description

Quantum WF 6000 conveyorized waterfall topping applicator. 8-carousel rake blade applicator with 1 in. spacing between blades, ½ in. wide blades. Carousel is 20 in. wide, 20 in. wide guide rails, 20 in. diameter carousel. Cover is on a guiderail and can be easily slid off to the side. Waterfall applicator run by Gator 3/4 hp SS washdown motor, 208-230/460-volt, 1725 rpm. Blue sanitary belt conveyor, 87 in. long x 29.75 in. wide x 43 in. tall. Conveyor belt ran by Gator 1/2 hp SS washdown motor, 208-230/460-volt, 1125 rpm. Allen Bradley PanelView 550 touch screen HMI. SS control panel including Allen Bradley MicroLogix 1100 logic controller and (2) Allen Bradley Powerflex 40 vfds for conveyor and waterfall. Photo eyes for guards. All SS construction for washdown application. Adjustable height legs, up to 7 in. more height available. Electrical requirements, 460 volts, 3 phase.
