2019 Xilix Systems Waterjet Cake Cutter with Robotic Packaging, Dual nozzle waterjet system.  Cutting station includes sheet loading conveyor, infeed conveyor, cross cutting/indexing conveyor, splitter spreader assembly, trim conveyors.  Dual nozzles side by side to cut one product sheet simultaneously to increase production capacity.  Designed to support 18 in. x 26 in. sheets.  2-axis motion system to cut a wide variety of two-dimensional shapes.  Catch tanks and catch tubes for cutting water.  All belts removed for sanitation and will be included.  Cutting station comes with safety cage, footprint 176 in. long x 102 in. wide.

KMT Streamline SL-VI 100 waterjet pump.  100 hp intensifier pump up to 60,000 psi.  Pump is capable of powering up to 16 nozzles.  Max flow rate at max pressure 1.88 gal/min.  KMT will cut at speeds up to 700 inches per minute.

Soft Robotics robotic pack-off line.  (3) Robotic pack-off robots, each equipped with a 2-finger softgrip picker.  Infeed conveyor 25 ft. long x 18 in. wide x 35 in. tall.  Pack-off conveyor for trays, 25 ft. long x 10 in. wide, 8.5 in. lug spacing x ¾ in. tall.

Master control panel, 2-door, with Beckoff servo controllers. Electrical requirements:  480-volt, 3 phase.  Air requirements minimum 80 psi.
