(1) - Alliance Bakery Systems incline dough feed conveyor, 120 in. long x 21 in. wide x 120 in. tall, rebuilt by Topos Mondial Corp Feb. 2008, with SS low chunker, remanufactured by Topos Mondial Corp 02-08, Job 2941, SS frame, casters for track. Moline yeast raised donut line, 54 ft. long overall, 36 in. wide, includes chunker, dusters, cross roller, (2) 2 roll sheeters, guillotine, slitter, dust collection hood, 3-roll extruder, includes band conveyors, scrap removal conveyors, spare parts, change out parts. Moline SS proofer, 42 in. wide x 4 in. trays, Allen Bradley PanelView 600 touch screen, 36 in. tall infeed height, 48 in. tall discharge, OAD 47 ft. long x 7 ft. wide x 15 ft. tall, with blower cart, w/ SS mezzanine and SS hoppers to feed mixers.
