This Tromp sheeting line is a comprehensive dough and pastry sheeting system built for high-output bakery production. With a combination of reduction rollers, flour dispensers, folding and retracting systems, and programmable controls, it delivers consistent performance and easy operation. Constructed from stainless steel and non-corrosive materials for food-grade use and cleanability.
