Description

This Tromp sheeting line is a comprehensive dough and pastry sheeting system built for high-output bakery production. With a combination of reduction rollers, flour dispensers, folding and retracting systems, and programmable controls, it delivers consistent performance and easy operation. Constructed from stainless steel and non-corrosive materials for food-grade use and cleanability.

Intermediate Conveyor – 700 mm Belt

  • 8 ft. long incline section

Driven Folding Station

  • Folding belts to wrap dough around fat layer

  • Adjustable gap: 7–30 mm
  • Separate speed drives for top and bottom rollers
  • Scraper for easy cleaning of bottom roller

Retracting Belt – 700 mm Wide

  • Length approx. 2.5 meters
  • Retracting travel adjustable up to 600 mm
  • Sharp-nose infeed/outfeed for product handling
  • Dual adjustable speed drives

  • Approx. 1.5 meters long
  • Adjustable speed drive with quick-release

  • Adjustable flour flow and even spread
  • Removable hoppers for cleaning

Non-Driven Pressing Roller – 900 mm

  • Presses dough layers together
  • Height adjustable
  • Food-grade roller construction

Multi Roller 12 – 800 mm Working Width

  • Same function as 600 mm model, scaled for wider dough sheet
  • Polished free-spinning top rollers
  • Adjustable roller gap and speeds

Discharge Conveyor – 900 mm Belt

  • Transfers final dough sheet or products
  • Stainless steel frame and endless welded belt

Control System

  • Allen Bradley PanelView Plus 1500 touchscreen
  • Controls each component with adjustable speed and saved settings
  • Diagnostics, production time tracking, and error logs (up to 500 faults stored)

Main Electrical Cabinet

  • 4-door stainless steel construction
  • Mounted within 5 meters of the line
  • Contains all switches, drives, and control hardware
