Description

Idaho Steel 2-roll extruder. All SS construction. SS hopper, 23 in. long x 17 in. wide x 12 in. deep, 54 in. tall infeed. SS hinged hopper with safety sensor, hopper has 3 in. x 3 in. grating. (2) corrugated SS extruding rolls, 17 in. wide x 10 in. diameter, 13/16 spacing x 0.25 in. deep. Rolls are adjustable opening, from 0 to 2.5 in. wide. Discharge height 28 in. tall. Clearance between legs, 28 inches and 33 inches. Dual SS washdown drives for rolls, with Boston Gear SS gearboxes. Electrical requirements 575 volts, 3 phase, 60 hz.
