North Star M40 Elite SS Flake Ice Machine

Description

2013 North Star SS Elite ice flaker.  Model 40 Elite SS flooded operation/ASME flake ice maker.  Capacity up to 19.3 tons per 24 hours.  Includes case ice dispenser, SS bottom, poly bin top.  Hopper capacity 56 in. long x 20 in. wide x 47 in. deep.  Poly top bin is 30 in. tall.  (2) SS feed augers into (1) SS bottom feed auger.  Bottom discharge to a 10 in. x 10 in. square discharge, with 10 in. clearance.  Dispenser is mounted v-groove casters to slide in and out under the chute.  SS chute that was mounted on a mezzanine for the ice machine to mount on, 43 in. x 43 in. x 12 in. deep.  SS chute that mounts to the mezzanine chute and feeds the ice dispenser, 56 in. long x 20 in. wide x 20 in. deep.  (2) SS control panels.  Hand/auto feature for dispenser.
