Description

Formation Engineering Technologies portable SS CIP skid.  SS tank, 30 in. diameter x 48 in. sidewall, slope bottom, (3) 2 in. diameter sanitary clamp liquid ports, (1) 2 in. diameter FNPT liquid port, and 3 in. diameter sanitary clamp discharge.  Process Heaters Inc tank heater.  Moreheat temperature sensor.  Prominent fluid injection control.   Ampco SS centrifugal pump, Model 2 ½/2 1 C2, 2.5 in. sanitary clamp infeed, 2 in. sanitary clamp discharge, with a Baldor 10 hp drive motor.  Secondary Ampco SS centrifugal pump, Model MV3 2 x 1 ½, 2 in. sanitary clamp infeed, 1.5 in. sanitary clamp discharge, with a Baldor 2 hp drive.  Drain location with a pneumatic butterfly valve, 2.5 in. sanitary clamp.  SS control panel with Allen Bradley PanelView 500 hmi, Allen Bradley SLC 5/04 plc, and an Anderson AJ-300 chart recorder.  All SS construction, on casters.  Electrical requirements 575 volt, 3 phase.
