Walker 200-gallon SS jacketed mix tank. Model PZ-CB-B, SN PZ-CB-B. 304 SS. Full jacket, MAWP 75 PSIG AT 250 F, MIN DESIGN METAL TEMP -20 F AT 75 PSI, pressure tested. Nat'l Bd 3948. Top agitation, 1.5 hp, 230/460 volt, 3 phase. TB Woods AC inverter, Model WFC2002-OCHT, input 200–230-volt single phase, output 230-volt 3 phase. SS hinged lids. Top liquid port, 3 in. diameter sanitary clamp fitting. Top liquid port, 1.5 in. diameter sanitary clamp fitting with SS measuring insert. Free spinning baffle on top with 18 in. tall x 7 in. wide blade. (2) temperature probe ports on the side, ¾ in. threaded, with (1) manual temperature readout. Sloped bottom with 2 in. diameter discharge. Side jacket ports, (3) 2 in. FNPT. Bottom jacket port, T-fitting with (2) 2 in. NPT fittings. Bottom T-fitting with 2 in. NPT, 1.5 in. NPT, ½ in. FNPT. 3-step SS platform, 18 in. wide x 34 in. tall. On 7.25 in. tall casters.
