Description

Fedco slurry mixer. Model SM 1000, SN 98058. SS slurry tank 40 in. diameter x 34 in. deep. Bottom agitation with 30 hp drive motor. Hinged full top lid, with hinged product feed lid with 1.5 in. spacing. Top liquid ports, (2) 1.5 in. sanitary clamp inputs and (2) 1.25 in. NPT inputs. Bottom discharge with 3 in. sanitary clamp into pneumatic butterfly valve. Waukesha Cherry Burrell 130 PD pump, 3 in. threaded inlet/outlet with SS washdown drive motor. Dosing pump for mixer gearbox motor. SS control panel. Start/Stop/Estop for PD pump. Vacon x series vfd for agitator motor. Allen Bradley PowerFlex4 vfd for dosing pump. Skid mounted system. Electrical requirements 3 phase, 460 volt.
