Description

Shaffer Double Sigma Mixer. Model 300DS, SN 580098. 2-speed mixer. 50/25 hp, 460-volt, 3 phase. Spicer rear end, SN 111900, 029CA102-4x, ratio 7-17NS. Hydraulic bowl tilt, 5 hp drive. SS bowl, 4 in. lip, 38 in. dump height. Top ports include 12 in. diameter air slide gate, (2) CO2 injection ports, 10 in. diameter CO2 exhaust port, 20 in. x 12 in. lid, (6) 2 in. diameter threaded liquid ports, 2.5 in. diameter port with funnel. (2) central greasing blocks on the front of mixer. (2) overhead oil reservoirs for chain oiling. Includes SS starter panel and control panel, 36 in. wide x 18 in. deep x 56 in. tall and 24 in. wide x 12 in. deep x 24 in. tall. Mixer on 6 in. tall legs.
