Description

Blentech BlenTherm Blending Cooker. Model BT-36072, SN 94410. Year 1994. Auto-Reversing horizontal agitation, paddle blender. Bi-directional scraper system. Wrap around steam jacketed hopper, MAWP 90 psig @ 332 F, MDMT -20F @90psig. All SS construction. SS hopper 72 in. long x 24 in. wide x 9 in. straight side, with 36 in. diameter paddle. Infeed height 82 in. tall, with SS lid. (4) 2 in. diameter bottom ports at the bottom of the hopper. End discharge, pneumatic door with 18 in. wide x 8 in. tall opening, 38 in. tall discharge to bottom of door. (2) bottom jacket ports, flange fittings, 2 in. and 3 in. diameter, (2) side jacket ports, 1/2 in. threaded. (1) 2 in. sanitary clamp on rear of hopper with temperature probe. 7.5 hp drive motor with adjustable speed gearbox, 230/460 volt, 3 phase.

Replaced inner seal and (3) bearings on gearbox and clutch
New pneumatic valve control for end gate discharge
