Tonelli 400 Liter Planetary Mixer. Mixer includes (2) SS bowls, on casters, with 2 in. discharge valves. SS parts cart includes (1) spiral dough hook, (1) spade cutting tool, and (2) integral bowl scrapers with replacement poly scrapes. SS control panel with Allen Bradley PanelView Plus 600 touch screen, SLC 5/03 CPU, and AB 1336 PLUSS II VFD. ABB main mixer drive motor, 3 phase, 30/34 hp, 380-420/440-480 volt or 220-240/250-280 volt. Mixer hood has (3) ¾ in. dowsers, (1) ¾ in. open fitting, and (1) airline. All SS washdown construction.
