Blentech VersaTherm Dual Agitator Horizontal Blending Cooker. Model TP-20070-V, SN 970314. Auto reversing twin horizontal ribbon agitators. Dual ribbon blender, 20 in. diameter ribbons. Bi-directional scraper system. Wrap around steam jacket, MAWP PSIG 90 at 332F, MDMT -20F at 90 PSIG. Working volume 26.7 cubic feet. SS pneumatic lifting lid, liquid ports 1.5 in., 3 in., 4 in. sanitary ports, 6 in. sanitary clamp with breather. (2) 1/2 in. threaded side ports. Seperate jackets for each side, each has a 2 in. and 1.5 in. flange fitting. Bottom temperature probe, 3/4 in. threaded. End discharge with pneumatic doors, 16 in. wide x 7 in. tall, 46 in. tal discharge. Removable sanitary fittings with SS brackets. All SS construction. SS control panel with Allen Bradley 525 vfd.
