Description

MTC MTB Series Dual Paddle Blender. Capacity 3000 lbs. Model MTB-28-030-PR. All SS construction. Dual shaft paddles, with ribbons to start and finish, 15 hp SEW Eurodrives for each agitator. SS hopper 72 in. long x 56 in. wide x 36 in. deep, 80 in. tall infeed height. SS grating with 1.5 in. spacing. SS domed cover with magnetic safety interlock, and pneumatic lift. Air operated wide opening discharge doors 22 in. wide x 9 in. tall, 42 in. discharge height. SS control panel with Allen Bradley Powerflex 40p vfds, 15 hp. 147 in. tall with door open. Electrical requirements 460 volt, 3 phase, 60 hz, Max 42.5 amp.

Includes SS platform with operator controls. Platform 72 in. long x 36 in. wide x 36 in. tall. SS operator control cabinet with variable speed control for agitators, cover open, discharge gate left, discharge gate right, discharge blend, start, stop and estop. Includes stairs.
