Description

Peerless roller bar mixer. Model HS28HD, SN 202103. Triple roller bar agitator. Rated capacity 2800 lbs dough, 74.2 cubic feet working volume. 2-speed mixer, 175/87.5 hp, 460 volt. 12in. diameter flour inlet, 5 in. diameter dust vent. Ingredient door 24 in. long x 15 in. wide for dry goods with 3 in. x 3 in. bars. (2) 2 in. diameter and (2) 3 in. diameter liquid inlets. Sanitary shaft seals with air purge. SS control panels, with Allen Bradley PanelView plus 1000 touch screen, Allen Bradley VFD, and SLC 5/05 CPU. Bolt on SS stand for mixer, 13 in. tall.
