Description

Peerless single arm jacketed mixer. Single sigma arm mixer. Model SD3, SN 93037. 2-speed motor, 30/15 hp, 460-volt. SS jacketed bowl, 9 in. long lip, (2) 1.5 in. jacket ports, (1) ¾ in. jacket port, currently 30 in. dump height. Removeable sanitary bowl seals. Jacket max 230 psig, coolant or water. Chain driven agitator, with oiler. Hydraulic bowl tilt, 5 hp motor, up to 120-degree tilt. High/low jog speed. SS top canopy, 12 in. x 12 in. dry ingredient opening, 15 in. long x 9 in. wide manual ingredient door, 5 in. diameter flour dust vent, (1) 1 in. diameter sanitary clamp liquid port. Mounted on 6 in. tall legs. Includes SS starter control panel, 36 in. wide x 11 in. deep x 48 in. tall.
