Removable sanitary bowl seals. Two speed motor 100/50 hp. Chain driven agitator. Hydraulic bowl tilt. SS top canopy, 12 in. diameter flour infeed with pneumatic slide gate valve, (2) 2 in. threaded ports. SS construction with carbon steel base. Electrical requirements , 208 volt, 3 phase.
