Quantum Topping Applicator with Recirculation Conveyors

Description

Quantum waterfall topping applicator with recirculation conveyors.  Topping applicator Model TC5, SN TC5160002. Waterfall style applicator with 8 rakes.  Each rake finger has ½ inch wide blades with 1 inch spacing.  Rakes are offset.  The total rake width is 12 inches wide.  The product conveyor is 48 inches long x 20 inches wide x 48 inches tall.  Hopper capacity is approximately 40 pounds.  The discharge chute is 42 inches tall. Adjustable rake height and adjustable flinger height. Includes operated strong arm stand with NEW Allen Bradley PanelView Plus hmi.  SS control panel on the machine which has an Allen Bradley MicroLogix 1400 plc and (5) Allen Bradley PowerFlex 525 vfd’s for the rake and conveyors.  Photo eye for sensing incoming products. SS frame with locking casters.  Electrical requirements, 1 phase, 220-240-volt, 60 hz.  Overall dimensions of topping applicator 60 inches long x 55 inches wide x 80 inches tall, 1053 lbs.

Includes recirculation conveyor system.  Model TR5, SN TR5160002.  Consists of (3) incline conveyors with 8.5-inch-wide sanitary belts.  Each has a hopper and belt scraper.  All SS construction, with electric drives, on locking casters.  All are controlled by the operator hmi and tied to the topping applicator.  Overall dimensions of recirculation conveyor, 90 inches long x 57 inches wide x 64 inches tall, 387 lbs.

Included new product infeed conveyor.  Model TF5, SN TF5160001.  Incline conveyor with hopper, 48 inches long x 8.5 inches wide x 32 inch tall infeed x 40 inch tall discharge.  SS frame, electric drive, on locking casters.  Overall dimensions of new product conveyor 60 inches long x 20 inches wide x 42 inches tall, 141 lbs.

Overall footprint of topping applicator with recirculation system and feed conveyor is 104 inches long x 132 inches wide x 80 inches tall.
