Description

Quantum WF 6000 conveyorized waterfall topping applicator. 8-carousel rake blade applicator with 1 in. spacing between blades. Carousel is 20 in. wide, an infeed height of 82 in. tall. Infeed has (4) 4 in. long x 3/4 in. wide slots. Cover is on a guiderail and can be easily slid off to the side. Applicator run by 3/4 hp SS washdown motor. Blue sanitary belt conveyor, 88 in. long x 30 in. wide x 45 in. tall. Conveyor belt ran by Gator 3/4 hp SS washdown motor. Allen Bradley PanelView 550 touch screen HMI. SS control panel including Allen Bradley MicroLogix 1000 logic controller and (2) Allen Bradley Powerflex 40 vfds. Photo eyes for guards. All SS construction for washdown application. Adjustable height legs.
