Green Sheeting Line to included Reading Baking Systems trough chunker w/ Forming Equipment (reduces dough sheet thinckness by a 2:1 ratio from infeed to discharge): Thomas L. Green 3 Roll Extruder, 2 Roll Sheeter, 3 Roll Stand, rotary cookie press/cutter, Gauging stations, multiple conveyors, Reading Baking Systems tote dump.
- Oven: Reading Baking Systems Prism oven, 30 meter single pass dual zone convection oven
- Cooling: (1) Amerikooler walk-in cooler and cooling conveyor
- Packaging: Euroficma wrapper, (3) slug feeders, Pentec X-ray machine, Pentec checkweigher, Fanuc Robot m 1iA/HL, Econoseal Cartoner, Ceia-Ths Metal detector
- Supporting Equipment: (3) Agriflex cloth silos, (2) Agriflex flour use bins
- Mixing: (1) Shaffer SA-6 single sigma mixer
- Hard and Soft Biscuit Forming Equipment, capable of 3-dimensional biscuits, cookies, sandwich cookies, bars, and pet treats. (Interchangeable die roll)
