Savage Bros SS electric cooker mixer. Model 0937/YOHAY, SN 421. SS tilt kettle, 14 in. diameter x 10 in. deep. Max capacity calculated at 6.5 gallons to the brim. Removable agitator with bottom and full side scrape, spring loaded nylon scrapers. 27.5 in. tall infeed height. Manual tilt with integrated pouring lip, 6 in. clearance at 90 degrees tilt, 3.75 in. clearance at full tilt. Hot water jacketed kettle with immersion heater. Digital temperature control. Controls include on/off for power, heat, and agitation. Analog temperature gauge in jacket and removable analogue thermometer on the agitator. All SS construction. Electrical requirements 115-volt, 1 phase, 60 hz, 15 amp.
