Description

Used 400-gallon dual motion kettle by Lee Industries. Model 400D9MT, built in 1996. Constructed from 316 stainless steel with a half jacket rated at 90 psi at 332°F (tested with air, minor external leak present). Bowl dimensions are 58 inches in diameter by 48 inches deep. Equipped with air tilt mechanism, dual agitation with side-sweep agitator, and Sumitomo 7.5 hp motor. Includes Lenze AC speed controller and disconnect. Kettle features stainless steel hinged lids with 18 inch x 12.5 inch product grate, one 1-inch side-mounted liquid port, two jacket ports, and a 4-inch diameter bottom discharge with 42-inch discharge height. Mounted on four stainless steel legs.
