Used- Stephan TC Combicut Mixer, Model TC 600, 304 Stainless Steel. Drum capacity 600 liter, batch size 200 to 420 liter, capacity up to 2700 liters per hour. Jacketed drum approximate 43" diameter x 25" deep, rated 2 bar at 134 degrees C. Hinged front jacketed door with a mixing baffle/scraper driven by a 15 hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1750 rpm gear motor, ratio 65.51 to 1. (1) Trapezoidal kneading element driven by a 104 kw, 3/60/460 volt, 1180 rpm motor. Top mounted ingredient hopper with slide gate valve, bottom outlet with a slide gate valve. Includes a hydraulic power pack, control panel (2) feed hoppers. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with 40" tall legs. Serial# C85-711.036.01, built 1985.
