This 2018 VMI SPI 400 spiral mixing system is a complete, integrated dough mixing and handling line, featuring three VMI spiral mixers, bottom-drop to conveyors, incline trough conveyor, stainless steel chunker, and three Smoot scaling hoppers. Designed for high-capacity, sanitary dough processing, this system is equipped with Allen Bradley and Mettler Toledo controls, and is fully constructed from stainless steel for food-grade operations.
